Abstract
This study was conducted to know blood pressure, serum lipid composition, ¥Ô-glutamic acid peptide (¥Ô-GTP), urinary Na excretion and relationship of these parameter and living custom of 195 healthy subjects, aged from 40¡¯s to 60¡¯s living in Chonju. The average hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(Hct) and ¥Ô-GTP were 16.3g/dl, 48.8% 38 u/l in men and 13,9 g/dl, 41,4%, 16,9 u/l in women and were normal level, but men were higher (P<0.001), fasting blood sugar was 87,5 §·/dl in men and 80.2 §·/dl in women, serum protein (SP) was 7.0-7.2 g/dl in all ages and sex, Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were 178 §·/dl, 194 §·/dl, 39,9 §·/dl in men and 158 §·/dl, 205 §·/dl, 43,7 §·/dl in women urinary excretion of Na was 153-172 meq/l in men and 148-161 meq/l in women, Blood pressure (BP) was 123.4-131.3 mmHg in systolic BP (SBP) and 78-81,4 mmHg in diastolic BP (DBP), Average body mass index (BMl) was 24.4 in forties, 23.3 in fifties and 22,7 in sixties and there was significantly by ages (P<0.001), scholarship and income had positive correlation with Hb and Hct (p<0.001, p<0.05), and negative correlation with ¥Ô-GTp, HDL-C and TG, Those who had breakfast were high in ¥Ô-GTp and TG (p<0.05) and those who hadn¡¯t snack were high in Hb, Hct and ¥Ô-GTp, Those who liked saltness were high in TG, and low in HDL-C (p<0.05), smoker and drinker had positive correlation in Hb, Hct and ¥Ô-GTP (P<0.01), but in TC had negative correlation. For smokers, HDL-C had negative correlation (P<0.05), BMl had positive correlation with SP, TG, SBP and DBP (P<0.001), Relationship of BP and TG were high in hypertension group I, II (p<0.05) than normal group, TC was high in hypertension 1 than other groups. According to increasing obesity, TG was increased, HDL-C was high according to decreasing obesity. In those who takes intensive excercise (4th), HDL%and BMl (p<0.05) was higher than other groups.
